Sign into Claude
Go to claude.ai and sign in. Projects require a paid plan — the free tier will not hold your instructions between conversations, which is the entire point.

Create a new Project
In the sidebar, choose Projects, then New Project. Name it Closer's Code Command Center. A Project is a workspace with a permanent memory — that is what separates this from typing into a fresh chat every morning.

Paste the master instruction set
Open the Project's Instructions field and paste the file below. Then personalise the seven highlighted fields under ABOUT ME. Change nothing else — every other line is doing work.

Start your first prospect conversation
Inside the Project, start a conversation named for a live deal — Jennifer Park · Meridian Manufacturing. Paste what you know. That conversation now remembers every debrief, objection, and next step for that deal.

When something
doesn't work.
The copy button did nothing
Some in-app browsers — inside LinkedIn, Instagram, or Gmail — block clipboard access. Open this page in Safari or Chrome directly, or use Download .txt and copy from the file. If a copy is blocked, the page selects the text and tells you which keys to press. It will never fail silently.
Claude says the instructions are too long
You are pasting into the message box, not the Project's Instructions field. Open the Project, find Instructions or Set project instructions, and paste there. The complete file is 30,419 characters. Make sure you copied the entire instruction set.
Claude isn't using the frameworks
Two usual causes. You are working in a normal chat instead of inside the Project — instructions only apply to conversations started within it. Or the ABOUT ME brackets are still unfilled, so it has no context to attach the frameworks to. Fill all seven.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
For Projects, yes. The free tier cannot hold instructions across conversations, and persistent memory per deal is the whole advantage.
Can I change the instruction set?
Personalise the seven ABOUT ME fields. Beyond that, add rather than edit — put your own notes at the end. The framework definitions are load-bearing, and trimming them is what makes a Project drift back into generic advice.
